Customer Onboarding

Please refer to the steps below for onboarding with Aptean Pay:

  1. Open your browser and navigate to Merchant Portal based on your environment:

    Staging: https://stg.merchant.apteanpay.com/

    Production: https://merchant.apteanpay.com/

  2. Click on Sign up now.

  3. Sign up window opens as below.

  4. Enter the primary account holder email address provided during Aptean Pay subscription in Email Address field, and then click Send verification code. Aptean Pay sends a verification code to the email address.

  5. Enter the verification code and click Verify code.

    NOTE: If you require a new verification code, click Send new code.

  6. Complete the sign up process by creating a password and confirming it. Also provide your first name, last name. and then click Create.
